PCPC’s Remote Monitoring and Management packages include:


    (RSMMS): PCPC’s RSMM central Network Operations Center (NOC) is staffed with skilled engineers who utilize software which monitors your server’s condition and performance 24/7. Should any issues arise, our engineers will examine the problem and in most instances, fix the issue without you ever knowing there was a problem in the first place.  For maintenance or repair, we will work with you to arrange on-site visits, per the terms of your Site Maintenance Agreement.

  • (RDMMS): PCPC’s RDMM subscription uses a small program (agents) that links your desktop to the central Network Operations Center (NOC). The agents provide a proactive approach to desktop related problems.  Our RDMM agents monitor and address many problems as they arise.  Disk full problems, evidence of viruses, spyware, installing patches are scanned weekly; review of security updates and evaluation of released patches are screened before they are released for us on your systems; we handle it all quietly while you continue running your business.
  • The RMM services package includes the installation of LogMeIn Remote access software. This enables you to work remotely on your desktop from anywhere in the world.  It also enables PCPC technicians to provide rapid remote support.

Monthly Invoicing for Subscription After 1st Month:
We offer convenient monthly billing via email and pdf invoices.  All invoices for RMM services are issued at the end of each month of monitoring and are due upon receipt.  As with all monthly services, payment must be received by the 10th of the month.
